#50 Why Over-Communicating & Word Clutter Kill Sales
Clear communication is using the right words. But also about saying exactly what you want to say and nothing more.
Despite my natural editing superpower which allows me to pull clarity out of others, I've got an inner-rambler in me. Yep. When I speak, I have a tendency to repeat the same thing multiple times, to add in extra words. And I loves me a soapbox. From experience I can tell you that rambling and over-communicating makes people less likely to buy from you.Which is why, to celebrate my 50th episode, I'm helping you avoid shooting yourself in the foot by using too many words when only a few targeted ones would be more effective!
