Audhd Ecosystem Design & Restoration
Together, we’ll determine what helps or hurts you, reimagine a lifestyle that honors your neurotype and create an environment that stacks the deck in your favor.
Let’s re-align your life to your neurotype.
Once we discover that we’re both Autistic and ADHD, so many things about the past three, four, five decades of our lives make sense.
It feels like we’ve unlocked the key to everything.
But having the key isn’t enough.
We continue stumbling through the world, unsure how to use this knowledge to actually make our lives better.
The problem? We're trying to use this new key to make the same old life work better.
When actually, this key opens the door to an entirely different way of living.
Your brain is different. So why would we expect THE SAME OLD lifestyle, routines, and environments to work for you?
That’s where I come in.
I help late-diagnosed Autistic ADHD women & nonbinary folks redesign their entire life ecosystem to match their neurotype rather than fighting against it.
Unlike general Neurodivergent coaches who focus on strategies and accommodations within existing structures, I help you completely reimagine your life foundations - living arrangements, relationship dynamics, work structures, energy allocation…
The problem isn't you—it's trying to force yourself into structures that weren't built for your brain. Let's create ones that actually fit.
This isn't just coaching - it's liberation from neurotypical expectations and the creation of genuinely sustainable lives for people who've spent decades trying to fit into systems that were never designed for them.
How we’ll work together
I've designed my coaching practice to work WITH our AuDHD brains, not against them.
Your Dedicated Time Slot
You'll have your own consistent biweekly Tuesday appointment that becomes part of your routine. This creates a predictable rhythm and eliminates the executive function load of scheduling.
Session Style That Honors Your Brain
Sessions last 45 minutes with optional camera use and freedom to stim, fidget, or move. I won't judge your organization systems, time perception, or energy levels. I understand shutdown, burnout, and overwhelm—we'll work with these, not pretend they don't exist.
Simple, Predictable Structure
One monthly payment covers your two sessions with automatic billing. Your dedicated time slot creates stability and predictability while reducing decision fatigue.
ND-Friendly Support Between Sessions
Light between-session support is available via email/Voxer. Integration time is important, and sometimes things come up in real life or it’s easier to communicate asynchronously. We’ll find our balance between honoring both of our rhythms and brains so you can ease your nervous system knowing you’re not alone.
“Adria gets my introvert nature and understands sensitive humans.
Adria encouraged me to be my authentic self and created a safe space to push myself with her loving and compassionate guidance.
I see my sensitivity and empath nature as a superpower rather than a weakness.”
Kat Frogosa, ADHD Money Coach
Working Together
I've created simple ways for us to connect that honor your decision-making style:
Start With a Free Connection Call
(Recommended)
A casual 20-minute chat to see if we click. We'll talk about what you're looking for, I'll answer questions, and we'll both get a feel for whether working together makes sense.
No prep needed. No awkward sales pitch. Just two AuDHDers seeing if we're a good fit.
*Your application begins our conversation. I'll be in touch to continue it soon.*
CHOOSE YOUR PATH:
3-Session Starter Experience ($400)
Most folks start here. It gives us time to:
Get past the first-session mask we all wear
See how we work together across different energy days
Actually make progress on something real in your life
You'll get your own dedicated biweekly time slot from day one. If we continue working together, this slot stays yours.
*Your application begins our conversation. I'll be in touch to continue it soon.*
Monthly Coaching Subscription ($300/month)
For those who already know they want ongoing support:
Two 45-minute sessions every month
Your permanent dedicated time slot
Support between sessions via email/Voxer
Simple monthly billing that happens automatically
After the 3-session starter, we'll continue with this monthly structure unless you decide otherwise. No awkward "do you want to keep working together?" conversations.
*Your application begins our conversation. I'll be in touch to continue it soon.*
Note: While most clients start with the free call then 3-session experience, you're welcome to dive straight into either option if that feels right for your brain. I'm here to support your journey, not add unnecessary steps.
Got a question? Feel free to reach out! :)
AuDHD Support Reimagined
Traditional coaching tries to help you fit better into a world not designed for us. My approach turns that upside down.
Instead of teaching productivity hacks for distracting environments, we create spaces that match your brain's needs.
Rather than rehearsing social scripts to seem "normal," we identify where you can be your unmasked self.
(And when you’re more resourced, the outside world seems less noisy, anyways.)
Instead of treating your Autistic and ADHD traits separately, I’ll get curious about how they dance together, shaping both you and your life.
The key difference: I don't try to fix you to fit the world; I help you redesign your world to fit you.

The AuDHD Ecosystem Design Journey:
While I'm not a magician (you'll still be AuDHD), you'd be surprised at the effect small shifts over time can make in your life.
My approach isn't about quick fixes—it's about redesigning your ecosystem to work with your brain, not against it.
-
Hypersensitivities to smell, sound, sight or temperature — that we're often conditioned to ignore from years of pushing through — can create major overwhelm, exhaustion and meltdowns. We'll uncover your unique sensory needs and boundaries.
-
Making changes to your home setup and having conversations with those you live with to renegotiate things that affect those sensory sensitivities. Small adjustments can dramatically reduce your daily friction and energy drains.
-
We're talking slow, sustainable restructuring. Some things will likely need to shift to relieve pressure and allow yourself space to rest. We'll restructure your life to support recovery…and to get out of the burnout cycle for good.
-
This might mean feeling more at ease with loved ones than you thought was possible, ending friendships that aren't healthy (giving you a f-ton of energy back) or basing household expectations on capacity & strengths rather than “equality.”
-
Work is rarely designed for our brains. We'll look at how you can contribute in ways that energize rather than drain you. This might mean adjusting your current role or schedule, working less by adjusting your expenses or finding a new path entirely. We'll also explore where you find genuine purpose and meaning—which doesn't always have to be tied to how you make money.
-
Ultimately creating an environment where you can thrive, not just survive means embracing a sometimes unconventional lifestyle.
It means letting go of what you think you're supposed to want or need and replacing it with what actually makes sense for you.
Hi, I’m Adria Sophia
(she/her), Autistic ADHDer, AuDHD Coach & host of the Quiet Messenger and AuDHD (mostly) Unscripted Podcasts.
I’ve spent over a decade helping hundreds of people design their life, work & leadership to support their unique brains & needs.
I help AuDHDers discover what they actually need — not what they've been told they should need (or shouldn't need). Together, we create environments and lifestyles that truly support those needs.
This isn't about learning to cope better in a world that wasn't designed for you. It's about redesigning your world to match your brain.
The result? You can finally unmask, break free from endless burnout cycles, and experience what it feels like to live as your authentic neurodivergent self. Not as an exhausted person trying to pass as neurotypical.
How do you know if you’ve landed in the right place?
You’re looking for:
A coach who is also Autistic + ADHD and has walked the path before you.
Someone who truly gets it without needing to be educated or accidentally dismissing your experiences.
Someone who doesn’t underestimate you, who doesn’t reset to square one, but instead acknowledges your journey and builds from there.
A partner — someone to hold space while you figure out where you’re going.
A sounding board who listens as you process and a co-creator who helps build your path forward.
Feeling that zing of truth?
Common Questions
-
I believe in thoughtfully beginning our work together right from the first interaction.
1️⃣ Your Application - This short form helps me understand where you're at and what you're seeking. This isn't about "qualifying" you, but about making sure I can truly serve your needs.
2️⃣ My Review Process - After you share your thoughts, I'll read through everything carefully (yes, I personally read every single one!) and reach out to continue our conversation.
3️⃣ Connection Conversation - If it feels like we might be a good fit, I'll invite you to a free 20-minute call with just enough structure that you can relax but enough fluidity that we can feel things out and see if we're aligned.
4️⃣ Your Path Forward - Based on our conversation, you might choose the 3-Session Starter, ongoing support, or decide we're not the right match - all perfectly acceptible outcomes! There's zero pressure to continue, and I value the connection regardless of what comes next.
I value each person who reaches out and replying to you is important to me. Since I also have an AuDHD brain, if you haven't heard back within a week, feel free to send a gentle reminder. :)
-
I review applications according to my energy and capacity, giving each one my full attention rather than rushing through them. This thoughtful approach means I don't promise specific timeframes, though I typically respond within a week.
If you're in an urgent situation requiring immediate next-day support, I might not be the right fit right now - and that's okay! Your wellbeing matters most, and sometimes that means finding someone who can meet you exactly where you are, when you need it.
If you haven't heard back after a week, please do send a gentle nudge - sometimes the digital gremlins eat important messages!
-
Clients describe my energy as grounding with an open, judgment-free ear. I blend compassionate support with practical clarity—helping normalize things you feel shame around while breaking down complicated situations into simple steps. I'm not a hardass buttkicker, but I will ask questions that help you see things differently.
-
Most clients work with me for at least 3-6 months, with many continuing longer as we address different areas of their ecosystem.
Here's the thing — we're not trying to be fast and furious here. As Autistic ADHDers, we need processing time. Integration time is important.
So yes, we're going to change things. And it’s helpful to have the space to do that properly.
This intentional slowness is actually supportive for our neurotype. It gives your nervous system the chance to adjust without constant pressure to "hurry up and transform already."
The monthly subscription format means you can stay exactly as long as you're finding value. No arbitrary end dates or pressure to "graduate" before you're ready.
Many clients tell me this permission to go at their actual pace feels like the first deep breath they've taken in years.
-
When will our coaching calls take place?
Currently, all coaching sessions happen on Tuesdays between 10am-3pm Pacific time.
Instead of flexible scheduling (which can create decision fatigue for our neurodivergent brains), I use a dedicated time slot system. This means you'll have your very own regular appointment time (such as "Every other Tuesday at 1 pm") that remains consistent throughout our work together.
This predictable rhythm creates several benefits:
Eliminates the executive function load of booking each session
Builds coaching naturally into your routine
Gives your brain one less thing to track and manage
Allows me to fully prepare for YOUR specific needs before we meet
During our initial conversation, we'll find the Tuesday time slot that works best with your energy patterns and schedule. Then I'll send calendar invites for all our sessions so everything is set up for you from day one.
Many clients tell me they actually prefer this structured approach once they try it!
-
Traditional ADHD coaching typically focuses on productivity strategies, time management, and organization "hacks" to help you function better within existing systems. Meanwhile, conventional Autism coaching often emphasizes social skills, sensory accommodations, and coping mechanisms for navigating neurotypical environments.
My approach is fundamentally different because:
- Instead of teaching you productivity tricks to manage distractions in an open office, we explore creating environments that actually match your sensory and focus needs
- Rather than drilling social scripts to appear more neurotypical, we identify the relationships where you can be your unmasked self and minimize draining social obligations
- Instead of implementing rigid scheduling systems, we create flexible structures that honor your natural energy patterns and executive functioning style
- Rather than treating your Autistic and ADHD traits as separate challenges, we recognize how they interact uniquely in your brain and life
- Instead of helping you "manage" your sensory sensitivities, we redesign your physical spaces to reduce or eliminate those triggers altogether
The key difference: I don't try to fix you to fit the world; I help you redesign your world to fit you. This is especially important for AuDHDers, as the intersection of Autism and ADHD creates unique experiences that single-focus coaching often misses.
When you're both Autistic AND have ADHD, you need an approach that understands how these neurotypes interact—like how your ADHD might drive you into situations that overwhelm your Autistic sensitivities, or how your Autistic need for routine conflicts with ADHD's need for novelty. My ecosystem design approach addresses these intersections directly.
-
As a coach, I focus on present challenges and future possibilities rather than processing past trauma. Many clients work with both a therapist and a coach simultaneously. If I believe you would benefit from therapy, I'll suggest that as a complement to our work together.
-
Please give at least 24 hours notice — but a week is even better.
My goal is to strike a balance between honoring your brain & needs and doing the same with my own. This is both about modeling what will help you in your own life and also maintaining my own energy to keep supporting you.
That being said, as an Autistic ADHDer myself, last-minute changes significantly impact my executive functioning and energy regulation. Unless it’s an emergency, sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will count as used, as I'm unable to fill that spot.
However, I know that with our AuDHD brains, we can sometimes have unexpected overwhelm days. If that happens within 24 hours of our scheduled session, let me know and we can shift our session that week to messaging via Voxer or email. This mutual respect creates safety for both of us.
-
While I ask for a month’s notice so we have time to feel complete together (and I can plan my calendar ahead), the process is easy.
Simply email me with "Pause coaching" or "End coaching" in the subject line. Your message can be as simple as "I'd like to end our coaching after this month."
While you're never required to explain why, I do appreciate hearing what led to your decision if you're comfortable sharing. Was it not the right fit? Did your circumstances change? Did you get what you needed? This feedback helps me grow as a coach and provides closure for both of us.
I understand these conversations can be difficult for AuDHD brains. There's no judgment either way - whether you share your reasons or not. You're always welcome to return later if your needs change.
-
Self-identification is valid! Many AuDHDers, especially women and non-binary folks, face significant barriers to formal diagnosis. If you strongly identify with Autistic and ADHD traits, you're welcome here.
