About October’s “Rooted Edition”
This is the theme I’m guiding us through at our October Gathering. In honor of the sexy, sexy roots on my brain as I finally bring the Rooted Collective into the world!
Being Rooted is about being in grounded leadership and finding our own unique ways to lead, often different from the norm. It’s about cultivating a spiritual connection to our work, from the bottom up, as we build fire back into it.
I’ve got something special planned to help us ground into our leadership!
WHY GATHER?
There are spaces for introverts & sensitive folks.
There are even spaces for quiet business owners.
But we’re not JUST introverts or sensitive or business owners.
We’re leaders.
We each have a voice and a mission. And that creates a new set of shared experiences.
When you have the desire to use your voice but don’t fit the standard way of doing it, there’s a tension in that.
But where there’s tension there’s also shared understanding.

To feel a sense of belonging and kinship
To learn from each other’s styles of leadership
To see ourselves in others & normalize our experiences
To be in held space so you can just show up and be
Who this is for:
quiet, sensitive or introverted leaders & biz owners who feel a call to use their voice and want to be in community with other Quiet Leaders who are doing their own things in the world
What to Expect:
This’ll be informal and likely intimate.
First, we’ll settle in & land together (feel free to bring a candle or cozy blanket). Then I’ve got some prompts for us to journal around to get the juices flowing. And we’ll have time to share & witness each other.
There won’t be a recording, and I’ll invite you to turn on your camera (no makeup or pretty backdrop required) so we can feel in community and create a cozy container.
I’ll also take a few short minutes at the end to share about my upcoming Rooted Collective if you’ve been curious!
