Once we discover that we’re both Autistic and ADHD, decades of our lives suddenly make sense.

The sensitivity. The shutdown. The way advice never quite worked the same way for us.

It feels like we found the key.

But we’re still overloaded by sounds no one else notices. Still moving through boom and bust cycles. Still apologizing for needing things differently.

Because that key doesn’t open the door we thought it did.

It doesn’t unlock “how to finally be normal.”

It opens something older. Deeper.

A path our grandmothers walked. The ones who lived at the edges, who saw what others missed, who felt too much, who couldn’t squeeze themselves into the mold.

We thought understanding our brains would be enough. But this ancestral brain needs a different kind of world to thrive in.

The inheritance we carry

We’ve spent years thinking something was wrong with us.

Too sensitive. Too much. Too intense. Never quite able to do life the way everyone else seems to manage.

But what if none of that was true?

What if this restlessness, this depth of feeling, this way of seeing patterns others miss—what if it’s ancient? What if it came through our bloodlines, connecting us to every AuDHD woman who came before? Every woman who lived at the edges yet held medicine the village needed.

The problem was never us. The problem was trying to live a borrowed life.

When we stop trying to fit the mold and start honoring the inheritance we carry, everything shifts.

Our Paradox ~ both/and

So much of the hardness in navigating life as an AuDHDer lies in our dual nature.

Our ADHD brains crave novelty, movement, spontaneity. Our Autistic brains need routine, predictability, sameness. It feels like they’re constantly at odds—one driving us into situations that overwhelm the other, creating the boom and bust cycles we can’t seem to escape.

We’ve tried the planners. The routines. The productivity systems. The “just push through.” Some days they work. Most days they don’t.

Because we’ve been trying to solve a paradox.

I recogonize our duality isn’t a problem to solve.

You’re built to hold both.

Structure and flow. Routine and spontaneity. The scientist’s mind and the witch’s knowing.

This is what I help late-identified AuDHD women navigate in our coaching work together.

Together, we weave flexible & steady lives inside this productive contradiction. Rituals that ground you AND room to follow the spark. Structure that supports you AND permission to abandon it when your nervous system says no.

This is holding the tension of opposites without trying to fix it.

How we’ll work together


I've designed my coaching practice to work with our AuDHD brains, not against them.

The Logistics

Your dedicated biweekly Wednesday time slot. One monthly payment with automatic billing. Light support via email/Voxer between sessions. Simple, predictable, designed to reduce decision fatigue.

The Energy

Sessions last 45 minutes with optional camera use. Freedom to stim, fidget, move, or show up however you are. I understand shutdown, burnout, and overwhelm—we work with your actual capacity, not against it.

From there, most clients start with the 3-Session Starter below. It’s designed as a gentle entry point where we both get to see how we work together.

Most folks start here. It gives us time to:

  • Get past the first-session mask we all wear

  • See how we work together across different energy days

  • Start making progress on something real in your life

The structure:

Three 45-minute sessions, scheduled biweekly

Why this works:

By session three, we’re already uncovering patterns and creating momentum—not just getting to know each other.

Most clients naturally continue beyond these initial sessions. As we approach our final session, we’ll explore if ongoing support feels right.

I’m Adria Sophia

I’m the great-granddaughter of Sophie, Antonia, Eda and Eliza. The lineage of AuDHD women runs through my veins.

I’ve spent over a decade helping hundreds design their life, work and leadership to support their unique brains and needs. Many turned out to be unidentified AuDHDers who spent decades unknowingly masking.

After my own late identification, I understood: we’re not flawed. We’re remembering.
