1-1 COACHING
FOR AUDHD WOMEN
It’s time to build
a world that fits you.
Once we discover that we’re both Autistic and ADHD, decades of our lives suddenly make sense.
The sensitivity. The shutdown. The way advice never quite worked the same way for us.
It feels like we found the key.
But we’re still overloaded by sounds no one else notices. Still moving through boom and bust cycles. Still apologizing for needing things differently.
Because that key doesn’t open the door we thought it did.
It doesn’t unlock “how to finally be normal.”
It opens something older. Deeper.
A path our grandmothers walked. The ones who lived at the edges, who saw what others missed, who felt too much, who couldn’t squeeze themselves into the mold.
We thought understanding our brains would be enough. But this ancestral brain needs a different kind of world to thrive in.
—> This key opens the door to an entirely different way of living.
What if…instead of fixing ourselves to fit the world, we could redesign our world to fit us?
Our inheritance
We’ve spent years thinking something was wrong with us.
Too sensitive. Too much. Too intense. Never quite able to do life the way everyone else seems to manage.
But what if none of that was true?
What if this restlessness, this depth of feeling, this way of seeing patterns others miss—what if it’s ancient? What if it came through our bloodlines, connecting us to every AuDHD woman who came before? Every woman who lived at the edges yet held medicine the village needed.
The problem was never us. The problem was trying to live a borrowed life.
When we stop trying to fit the mold and start honoring the inheritance we carry, everything shifts.
Our Paradox ~ both/and
So much of the hardness in navigating life as an AuDHDer lies in our dual nature.
Our ADHD brains crave novelty, movement, spontaneity. Our Autistic brains need routine, predictability, sameness. It feels like they’re constantly at odds—one driving us into situations that overwhelm the other, creating the boom and bust cycles we can’t seem to escape.
We’ve tried the planners. The routines. The productivity systems. The “just push through.” Some days they work. Most days they don’t.
Because we’ve been trying to solve a paradox by treating it as two separate problems to fix.
I recgonize our duality as a tapestry we weave.
You’re built to hold both.
Structure and flow. Routine and spontaneity. The scientist’s mind and the witch’s knowing.
Together, we create flexible lives that hold both. Rituals that ground you AND room to follow the spark. Structure that supports you AND permission to abandon it when your nervous system says no.
This is the alchemy of holding opposites without trying to choose a side.
Introducing
AuDHD COACHING
The Practical Magic
What this can look like:
-
No more suppressing your sensitivities. We recognize them as the deep wisdom they are.
We map your unique sensory profile to uncover needs you’ve been conditioned to ignore—the way fluorescent lights drain you by 2pm, how certain fabrics make your skin crawl, when your body needs silence before it can speak.
Then we honor them.
-
Small, intentional shifts to your living space. Maybe it’s finally getting blackout curtains. Rearranging your kitchen so cooking feels possible again. Having the conversation about the TV volume that’s been overwhelming you for years.
Conversations with those you live with to renegotiate what’s affecting your nervous system. Adjustments that dramatically reduce daily friction and give you energy back.
-
We release the pressure to “go fast.” We light the candle. We honor the season your body’s in.
We allow space to rest. We restructure your life to support actual recovery—not just white-knuckling through until the next crash—and to get out of the cycle for good.
-
This might mean feeling more at ease with loved ones than you thought possible. Finally ending the friendship that’s been draining you for years, even though you “should” keep trying.
Basing household expectations on actual capacity and strengths rather than “equality.” Letting yourself need what you need without apologizing.
-
We explore how you can contribute in ways that energize rather than deplete you—remembering our ancient role as those who heal, see, and guide from the margins.
This might mean three deep work days instead of five shallow ones. Midnight creativity instead of forced 9am starts. Adjusting your current role, working less, or finding an entirely new path.
-
Ultimately, thriving means letting go of what you think you’re supposed to want. Living with family when everyone expects independence. Working part-time when hustle culture says more. Being childfree when the world asks “when?”
Stepping fully into a lifestyle so uniquely yours it feels like grounded art. Intentional. Sometimes unconventional. Deeply true.
When your environment finally matches who you are, you remember what it feels like to dream instead of just survive.
What becomes possible…..
Redesigning your ecosystem—slowly, gently—to move from scattered & overwhelmed towards rooted & grounded.
Your home holding you instead of overwhelm you. Your work following your natural energy instead of demanding you perform like everyone else. Your relationships becoming places where you can finally unmask.
How we’ll work together
I've designed my coaching practice to work WITH our AuDHD brains, not against them.
The Logistics
Your dedicated biweekly Tuesday time slot. One monthly payment with automatic billing. Light support via email/Voxer between sessions. Simple, predictable, designed to reduce decision fatigue.
The Energy
Sessions last 45 minutes with optional camera use. Freedom to stim, fidget, move, or show up however you are. I understand shutdown, burnout, and overwhelm—we work with your actual capacity, not against it.
Is this your path?
This work isn’t for everyone. And that’s okay.
This is for you if you’re ready to:
Let go of trying to be “normal” and build a life that actually fits
Move slowly, trusting your body’s wisdom over productivity culture
Redesign your foundations, not just add more coping strategies
Embrace being at the edges—the healer, not the warrior
This might not be for you if:
You’re looking for quick fixes or productivity hacks
You’re uncomfortable with earth-based, ancestral framing
You need someone to tell you exactly what to do (I’m a partner, not a prescriber)
Working Together
Where to Start
The best way to know if we’re a fit?
Listen to an episode or two of my podcast AuDHD Sparks. If you feel that zing of resonance—that “yes, she gets it” feeling—you’re likely in the right place.
From there, most clients start with the 3-Session Starter below. It’s designed as a gentle entry point where we both get to see how we work together.
Ready to explore? Hit “Apply Here” and share a bit about what you’re navigating. Our conversation begins there.
Prefer to chat first? Mention you want to do a quick connection call in your application.
3-Session Starter ($400)
Most folks start here. It gives us time to:
Get past the first-session mask we all wear
See how we work together across different energy days
Start making progress on something real in your life
The structure:
Three 45-minute sessions, scheduled biweekly
Why this works:
By session three, we’re already uncovering patterns and creating momentum—not just getting to know each other.
Most clients naturally continue beyond these initial sessions. As we approach our final session, we’ll explore if ongoing support feels right.
*Your application begins our conversation. I'll be in touch to continue it soon.*
Already know you want ongoing support?
If you’ve been listening to the podcast for a while and feel a strong pull to dive into deeper work together, you’re welcome to start with ongoing monthly coaching.
Ongoing Coaching ($300/month)
For those who already know they want ongoing support:
Two 45-minute sessions a month
Support between sessions via email/Voxer
Simple monthly billing that happens automatically
Time together to make ripple effects & see real shifts
The work we’ll do:
We continue clarifying what actually works for your brain and redesigning your life piece by piece—your home, your work rhythms, your relationships, your energy.
This is the slow, grounded work of building a world that finally fits you.
Can’t do Tuesdays or prefer asynchronous support? Let me know in your application. We can explore a Voxer-based coaching structure that gives you flexibility without the scheduling load.
Not sure which feels right?
Just reach out and share what you’re navigating. We’ll figure out the best starting point together based on where you are and what you need.
Got a question? Feel free to reach out! :)
I’m Adria Sophia
(she/her), quiet TEDx Speaker, neurodivergent podcaster and guide to Autistic ADHDers.
I’m the great-granddaughter of Sophie, Antonia, Eda and Eliza. The lineage of AuDHD women runs through my veins.
I’ve spent over a decade helping hundreds design their life, work and leadership to support their unique brains and needs. Many turned out to be unidentified AuDHDers who spent decades unknowingly masking.
After my own late identification, I understood: we’re not flawed. We’re remembering.
I help AuDHD women discover what they actually need—not what they’ve been told they should need. Together, we create environments and lifestyles that truly support those needs.
This isn’t about learning to cope better in a world that wasn’t designed for you. It’s about redesigning your world to match your brain.
The result? You can finally unmask, break free from endless burnout cycles, and experience what it feels like to live as your true neurodivergent self.
What I bring:
Over a decade helping hundreds of women create lives that actually support who they are
Host of the AuDHD Sparks Podcast
TEDx speaker on fueling your dreams without burning yourself out
MS in Environmental Science & background in Architecture (no wonder I’m obsessed with designing environments!)
Late-diagnosed AuDHDer who’s walked this exact path and redesigned my own ecosystem from scratch
Childfree woman & auntie, modeling what it looks like to chart your own path and create meaning outside the expected script
How do you know if you’ve landed in the right place?
You’re looking for:
A coach who is also Autistic + ADHD and has walked the path before you
Someone who truly gets it without needing to be educated or accidentally dismissing your experiences
Someone who doesn’t underestimate you, who doesn’t reset to square one, but instead acknowledges your journey and builds from there
A partner and co-creator—someone to hold space and help you build your path forward
…And if you’ve felt emotion, deep resonance or a tendril of excitement listening to episodes of AuDHD Sparks. (highly recommend as an initial fit-check!)
Feeling that zing of truth?
Common Questions
-
I believe in thoughtfully beginning our work together right from the first interaction.
1️⃣ Your Application - This short form helps me understand where you're at and what you're seeking. This isn't about "qualifying" you, but about making sure I can truly serve your needs.
2️⃣Email Conversation - When you apply, I'll respond to start a conversation about what you're navigating. From there, we might:
Schedule a brief connection call if that feels helpful (let me know)
Move straight into scheduling your first session
Explore async support if Tuesday timing doesn't work
3️⃣ Your Path Forward - Most people start with the 3-Session Starter, though you're welcome to begin with ongoing coaching if you feel ready to dive straight into deeper work together.
I value each person who reaches out and replying to you is important to me. Since I also have an AuDHD brain, if you haven't heard back within a week, feel free to send a gentle reminder. :)

Most clients start with the 3-Session Starter ($400).
It’s designed as a natural entry point—giving us time to get past first-session masking, see how we work together, and start making real progress.
By session three, we’re already building momentum. Most folks naturally continue into ongoing monthly coaching from there.
That said, if you’ve been listening to the podcast for a while and feel certain about diving into deeper work together, you’re welcome to start with the monthly ongoing option.
Not sure? Just share what you’re navigating in your application, and we’ll figure out the best fit together.

I review applications according to my energy and capacity, giving each one my full attention rather than rushing through them. This thoughtful approach means I don't promise specific timeframes, though I typically respond within a week.
If you're in an urgent situation requiring immediate next-day support, I might not be the right fit right now - and that's okay! Your wellbeing matters most, and sometimes that means finding someone who can meet you exactly where you are, when you need it.
If you haven't heard back after a week, please do send a gentle nudge - sometimes the digital gremlins eat important messages!
-
Clients describe my energy as grounding with an open, judgment-free ear. I blend compassionate support with practical clarity—helping normalize things you feel shame around while breaking down complicated situations into simple steps. I'm not a hardass buttkicker, but I will ask questions that help you see things differently.
My coaching happens through live biweekly sessions, though I also offer asynchronous Voxer-based support for those who need more flexibility or can't manage Tuesday scheduling.
You can get a real sense of my style by listening to my podcast AuDHD Sparks - it's probably the best way to know if my approach resonates with you.
-
Most clients work with me for at least 3-6 months, with many continuing longer as we address different areas of their ecosystem.
Here's the thing — we're not trying to be fast and furious here. As Autistic ADHDers, we need processing time. Integration time is important.
So yes, we're going to change things. And it’s helpful to have the space to do that properly.
This intentional slowness is actually supportive for our neurotype. It gives your nervous system the chance to adjust without constant pressure to "hurry up and transform already."
The biweekly session format means you can work with me for exactly the length of time that serves you - whether that's a 3-month focused period or ongoing support. No arbitrary end dates or pressure to "graduate" before you're ready.
Many clients tell me this permission to go at their actual pace feels like the first deep breath they've taken in years.
-
When will our coaching calls take place?
Currently, all coaching sessions happen on Tuesdays between 10am-3pm Pacific time.
*Can't do Tuesdays or prefer asynchronous support? Let me know in your application. Depending on where you are in your journey and what you need, we can explore a Voxer-based coaching structure that gives you ongoing support without the scheduling load.
Instead of flexible scheduling (which can create decision fatigue for our neurodivergent brains), I use a dedicated time slot system. This means you'll have your very own regular appointment time (such as "Every other Tuesday at 1 pm") that remains consistent throughout our work together, unless we decide to shift it.
This predictable rhythm creates several benefits:
Eliminates the executive function load of booking each session
Builds coaching naturally into your routine
Gives your brain one less thing to track and manage
Allows me to fully prepare for YOUR specific needs before we meet
Many clients tell me they actually prefer this structured approach once they try it!
-
I get it—Tuesdays don't work for everyone, and some brains do better without the pressure of scheduled appointments.
Let me know in your application if Tuesday timing is an issue or if you're drawn to asynchronous support. Depending on where you are in your journey and what you need, we might explore a Voxer-based coaching structure that gives you flexibility without the scheduling load.
The goal is finding an approach that reduces stress, not adds to it.
-
Your investment for ongoing coaching is $300/month, which includes two 45-minute sessions spaced every other Tuesday.
Payment is automatically billed each month to make it easy on both our executive functioning.
In some months (typically 4 per year), the calendar gives us three session dates. In months with three Tuesdays (approximately 4 times per year), you may:
Use the bonus week as extra integration time between our regular sessions, or
Schedule a third session for an additional $150.
This flexible structure honors both our needs for consistency while adapting to the natural rhythm of the calendar.
-
Traditional ADHD coaching typically focuses on productivity strategies, time management, and organization "hacks" to help you function better within existing systems. Meanwhile, conventional Autism coaching often emphasizes social skills, sensory accommodations, and coping mechanisms for navigating neurotypical environments.
My approach is fundamentally different because:
- Instead of teaching you productivity tricks to manage distractions in an open office, we explore creating environments that actually match your sensory and focus needs
- Rather than drilling social scripts to appear more neurotypical, we identify the relationships where you can be your unmasked self and minimize draining social obligations
- Instead of implementing rigid scheduling systems, we create flexible structures that honor your natural energy patterns and executive functioning style
- Rather than treating your Autistic and ADHD traits as separate challenges, we recognize how they interact uniquely in your brain and life
- Instead of helping you "manage" your sensory sensitivities, we redesign your physical spaces to reduce or eliminate those triggers altogether
The key difference: I don't try to fix you to fit the world; I help you redesign your world to fit you. This is especially important for AuDHDers, as the intersection of Autism and ADHD creates unique experiences that single-focus coaching often misses.
When you're both Autistic AND have ADHD, you need an approach that understands how these neurotypes interact—like how your ADHD might drive you into situations that overwhelm your Autistic sensitivities, or how your Autistic need for routine conflicts with ADHD's need for novelty. My ecosystem design approach addresses these intersections directly.
I explore these concepts in depth on my podcast AuDHD Sparks, where you can hear real examples of how ecosystem design works in practice.
-
As a coach, I focus on present challenges and future possibilities rather than processing past trauma. Many clients work with both a therapist and a coach simultaneously. If I believe you would benefit from therapy, I'll suggest that as a complement to our work together.
-
For Planned Schedule Changes:
Please give at least 24 hours notice — a week is even better.
For cancellations with more than 24 hours notice, we'll typically shift to asynchronous support via email or voice messages that week.
If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the session will count as used, as I've reserved that specific time for you.
When You're Having a Hard Day:
As AuDHDers, we both know energy and capacity can fluctuate - some days are harder than others. If you're struggling on the day of our session, you have these options:
Option 1: Come to our session as you are.
Camera off is completely fine.
Join from your comfort space (under blankets, dark room, etc.).
No need to mask or perform - just be present however you can be.
Option 2: Switch to asynchronous support.
Message me "Today is hard - switch to messages please" (at least 30 min before, if possible).
I'll send supportive messages during our scheduled time instead.
No call needed - we'll communicate through text/voice messages.
Option 3: Take the space you need.
Message me "Need space today - no session please" (at least 30 min before, if possible).
We'll reconnect when you're ready.
No pressure to explain or justify.
No explanation needed beyond these simple messages - I'll follow your lead with understanding. This approach gives you flexible support while avoiding complicated rescheduling.
If I Need to Reschedule:
For planned changes: I'll try to give you a couple weeks notice and offer either more concentrated asynchronous support or an alternative time.
For unexpected situations: I'll communicate as early as possible and likely offer deeper asynchronous support for that week.
For pattern disruptions (like changing your regular timeslot): I'll discuss options with you well in advance so we can find a solution that works for both of us.

Continuing, Pausing or Ending Our Work Together
Our coaching partnership is designed to be flexible to your needs:
For the 3-Session Starter
The 3-Session Starter is designed as an introduction to our work together, not as a complete coaching journey.
Most clients naturally continue beyond these initial sessions as we've just begun to establish momentum.
As we approach our third session, I'll send a simple email asking if you'd like to continue with ongoing biweekly coaching.
You can respond with your decision via email - no need for a separate conversation.
If you choose to continue, I'll confirm the transition to monthly billing and share any additional resources for our deeper work together.
If you decide we're not the right fit (absolutely no judgement, pressure or obligation to continue), we'll use our final session to create closure and celebrate any initial progress.
For Ongoing Coaching
Completing or Pausing Our Work Together
Our coaching relationship deserves an intentional conclusion or transition, whether temporary or permanent.
If you're feeling complete with our work:
Please let me know at least one month before you'd like to conclude.
This allows us to plan for 1-2 final sessions focused on celebrating your growth, integrating what you've learned, and creating a sustainable path forward.
This thoughtful completion honors both our nervous systems & our work together and allows us to complete with appreciation rather than an abrupt ending.
If you need to pause our work:
Please let me know at least one month in advance, when possible.
We'll use our last session before the pause to create intentional closure and a transition plan.
We'll agree on a check-in date (up to 3 months out).
During a pause, your regular time slot will be released, and billing will be suspended.
To resume, we'll schedule new sessions based on my availability at that time.
If we haven't reconnected by our agreed check-in date, I'll reach out once to see if you'd like to resume. If I don't hear back, I'll consider our coaching relationship complete.
For unexpected emergencies requiring an immediate pause, please let me know as soon as possible, and we'll adjust accordingly.
If We’re Not the Right Fit
I understand that coaching relationships aren't always the right fit. If you feel that's the case:
Simply let me know - no judgment, no questions asked.
If you have remaining pre-paid sessions, you can either complete these sessions as scheduled, or choose to end immediately.
-
Self-identification is valid! Many AuDHDers, especially women and non-binary folks, face significant barriers to formal diagnosis. If you strongly identify with Autistic and ADHD traits, you're welcome here.
