    I like your videos and I like your personality. You mentioned that you sometimes do long term travel. Was wondering if that was out of the country and if so how do you avoid vaccinations or do you as a natural health conscious person? I’m thinking of traveling to Ecuador.

      Hi Anna! My recent long term travel was within the U.S. and Canada so I didn’t have to worry about vaccinations. That’s a good question – I haven’t quite gathered my thoughts on that yet! It’s something I would research and seriously consider first. Adria
