In May, I spent 10 days on the Mediterranean island Malta with my guy. We hiked along coastal cliffs, explored ruins and historical cities dating back hundreds and thousands of years, and lounged on our balcony with a view of the harbor.
When I returned, two potential clients had booked consults while I was away. Then within the next week as I was slowly easing back into my business, another two booked.
The same thing happened again when I spent a week on the road in the Bay Area doing my brand photoshoot, a strategy day with my coach, and a speaker retreat. I came home to two consults booked.
This theme continued all year. I’ve done 12+ trips and consistently called in clients.
And these aren’t just any clients. These are MY PEOPLE. Women I’m excited to support.
What was happening?
They were: 1) hearing me be interviewed on another podcast + resonating, 2) going back to my podcast to binge on episodes + knowing I could help them, 3) visiting my website to book a call with me, and 4) showing up to that call already knowing they wanted to work with me.
At each stage, they kept seeking a deeper connection with me because what I was saying was relevant and compelling to them. Because I had clear messaging.

We will always find the time to do the things that truly matter to us.

3. What if I can’t make the calls (because I work a 9-5 or have other commitments during the day)?
You will get the most out of this program if you attend at least some of the calls live because that’s where the *valuable* laser-coaching and learning from others happens.
My client Alexis from above was working at a full time job and was understandably worried that she wouldn’t have time to participate in my group program. In the end, she missed most of the group calls BUT even so, she watched the recordings, did the work, and got real results (e.g. money, confidence, and new clients).
Another client who worked 9-5 and thought she wouldn’t be able to make any of the calls ended up prioritizing our work and seeing where she could shift her schedule and find breaks to attend during work hours.
The most important thing is that you commit yourself to this process and do the work. I encourage you to find a day of the week (e.g. in the evening or weekend) where you are blocking out one-two hours to listen to the recordings and do the assignments.
I have a place where group members can submit their questions ahead of time so if you can’t attend live but you have a specific question, I will record it live and you can listen it back.
In addition, the live live calls aren’t the only place to get support. I’m very dedicated in the Facebook group, so there will be plenty of time to run things by me and get personal feedback. It’s an intimate group so no question will go unanswered. I’ve been known to reword things for you and ask probing follow up questions to your posts that lead to key insights.
4. Should I do it if I already have a website created or if I’m already doing regular blog posts / have a podcast?
Yes! This is a powerful way to fine-tune and leverage online tools like your website and core content.
Our work will affect how effective your website, marketing, referrals, consults, and conversions are. It leverages everything you put out into the world so it leads to you as someone who can be paid to help.
And it helps you stay lit up about what you’re saying, taps into the fire inside you so you’re excited to create and connect.
The beauty of this work is that it also positions you as an expert. All kinds of opportunities start to come from getting visible for your message.

5. What makes you different, Adria?
I’m not the only person helping with visibility, copywriting, editorial calendars, or pitching. But I’m the only one I know of with my particular combination of superpowers.

6. What if I’m unclear on my niche?

7. I’ve worked with coaches or taken business programs, and I’m still struggling.
If you had a coach or did a program and you felt like you didn’t get your money’s worth, you might be understandably jaded.
But the truth is that if you’re missing this one seemingly simple piece – clear messaging – you could do a lot of smart work and put a lot of brilliant strategies in place without them “working”.
